Admin is a sneaky impact-killer.

In many for-good organisations, leaders spend more time wrangling time-consuming admin tasks than doing what they really want to do – leading strategy, building relationships, and driving impact with their teams. 

This is especially the case when funding has been cut left, right and centre, leaving teams in survival mode.

I’ve seen this across both Aotearoa and Australia, and when we’ve measured the time + cost of admin tasks, it can be surprisingly huge.
